I visit this place 3 to 4 days a week and know that this location is very busy, but customer service is so poor and from past 2... to 3 times I visited and I have ordered Chicken nuggets 3 to 4 times but it was so soggy and cold that I was not able to eat itand threw it in a garbage every time and when I told it to the employee whosoever was there they told me that we can?t doanything. Is this a behaviour and communication skills has been taught to you by your seniors. If customer is waiting for 10-15minutes in peak hours then why don?t you provide fresh and healthy food. So, if you are going busy means you will provide anyleft over food which you have. Very poor service and food quality from last few weeks. Read more

It's a McDonald's. The food is consistent. The experience depends on the day/time of day and the vibe of the customers... there. Somedays it's quick, convenient and uneventful. Others, you have the self checkout kiosk running out of paper to printyour receipt so you don't know the number of the order you just placed that you're supposed to be waiting for all the while acustomer in the dine in area is getting accosted by some random guy having some sort of tantrum/outburst. He was chased off whenit was brought to the staff's attention, but there's only so much they have control over and you never know what you're going toget when you go. Good luck! Read more
