The last few orders were wrong, were remade and were still wrong. The last delivery was outsourced to a food delivery service... who's driver didn't use the building intercom but tried calling from an Ontario # that my mobile provider blocked as spam - therestaurant wanted to redeliver what would be hour old pizza and weren't sincere sounding with an apology like they'd beendealing with mistakes all day long. We've been using this location for 20 years and this is a sign to move on to other pizzaplaces. Read more
The least efficient pizza hut I've been to. I get there to pick up my 2 personal pizzas, the screen says my order is ready. Walk... up to pay, the shift manager says "I'm cutting them now". I can see them sitting there, not cut. She then walks away, and startsspeaking in another language with other staff. Another staff member comes to the till and I get to pay. Now the one "cutting" mypizza is still doing no pizza cutting. Waiting some more as the multiple staff stand talking in another language, I ask ifanyone could cut my pizzas... Shift manager says "it's getting cut now". It was not getting cut, still not moved from the ovenrack... I say "no, nobody is cutting it". So finally someone pulled themselves away from standing and talking to cut my pizzasand bring them over. Worst service at a pizza hut ever. Read more
I wish I could give them zero stars. I used the website to place an order, and they decide to cancel it at the last minute,... while telling me that the money I spent will be refunded in 2-3 business days. That's money I needed to buy food, and now I haveto go to sleep hungry thanks to them. I asked them if they could transfer the order to a pizza hut close to me, and the managerasked ME to contact them... You're the one canceling my order because I'm supposedly outside your delivery zone. Can't you finda way to make sure your customers are satisfied? Unbelievable... I wouldn't recommend this pizza hut even if they were the lastone on the planet. Read more

I... called again despite this bad customer service, to clarify if they use gluten-free dough. Same man picked up after severalrings, and hung up again without a word. This unacceptable attitude and behavior is employed at Pizza Hut Hastings, causing theowner of this franchise to have a bad reputation and to lose business.
