Waited in line inside the restaurant for 30 min - so slow! About 6 staff, some standing idle, while one staff managed the... lineup. No teamwork or effort in providing service. Won?t be back! Read more
Very Rude employees, basically threw our food at my husband and I and when we asked for some salt & pepper we received a big... huff and the employee threw them into our bag. Cashier could use an attitude adjustment. Read more
asked for pumpkin spices lattes, waited in the drive thru for what seemed like forever, confirmed my order at the window, still... received just regular lattes. Waited another eternity for it to be fixed. Drive thru order taker was very rude and yelled ateveryone. Needs some customer service training. Can?t remember his name but he?s the over night worker. Go up the street to another Tim's, because THIS one might be the worst Tim's based on my service today. Close to a half hour... drive through lineup, no cookies in stock (which I was told sold out in the *morning?! Doesn't make a lot of sense), no crispychicken for the crispy chicken wrap, and then when I got to the window to pick up my food I was told they just realized theydon't have wrapped tortillas, but miscommunicated which of my two wraps they were talking about. Front to finish, this was aterrible customer service experience on every level (failure to prep for long weekend busyness is a management problem), and anembarrassment to a franchise that doesn't exactly have a high bar. #timsfail Read more
