How is it professional for Punjabi music blasting from the kitchen and the members of the staff is yelling at each other in... Punjabi language to the point where the staff member taking the order can?t hear me giving my order at the counter? Absolutelyridiculous and appalling. Came through the drive thru today (Nov 12, 2022) ordered 3 coffees, asked for sleeves and did state I did not need a tray. Was... told through the speaker that sleeves are discontinued, so I asked for double cups. When I got to the window, my drinks were ina tray, which I specifically said no tray. Cups had no sleeves or double cups, so I asked for double cups. The employee servingme turned to her coworker and they gave me a look and started laughing. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers, not tomention laughing in my face. I am utterly disappointed in the service I received today. I would love to see the employees ofthis location take sensitivity training, as folks may ask for sleeves or double cups due to disabilities or due to issuesrelating to holding beverages that are a bit too warm.
