One of my favorite spots to get wings on Wing Night, but we are only able to sit outside on the patio since we are 18. Children... are allowed inside with their families although we must sit outside, I wish there was a space inside where everyone can eat. Howam I supposed to get my wings in the Nova Scotia winter?! This is not the place to go if you're craving wings. I ordered them plain and they showed up plain but all stuck together. Which... means they weren't cooked right. The service was however very good. Read more
Awful experience, the plates were dirty. The food was decent but the lettuce was so bad, and black. Customer service was bad,... the server was on his phone the whole time. Overall awful and during our meal my friend and I saw a mouse running around whilewe were eating. This restaurant should be shut down or renovated. Read more

My fiance and I have been going to Riverside for 10+ years. We usually bring friends with us. We've always had great service and... great food (except the odd time, which was very understandable). The service has seemingly gone downhill recently. I noticedthere was some turn over lately and most of the regular staff are wonderful. But last month we went for the usual wings. We weretold right away that there would be a wait for the food and to order quickly. which we did. But first I asked about a new menuitem and was told don't bother, the cooks are new and don't know how to cook it well yet. why is this item even on the menu tenif they can't cook it? So, we order an appetizer first, then the wings. Well, the appi did not come for over an hour and afterall was said and done, we probably waited 2 hours for the wings. we were told that when the appi came up, another staff grabbedit for another table, and the same happened t the wings. So, as regulars, we felt this was unacceptable. How do you give awaypeoples food... We were a table of 4 at that time - did the other table order the exact same meal as us! the next week wedecided to give it another try and while our food wasn't given away, I tried something other than wings and it was quitedisappointing and we waited quite awhile for just about everything.
