Soooo Bad now. Management got rid of the staff who cared about the patrons. The staff is nowhere to be found, half the time... hanging out with staff that is off shift.. Food is meh. Won’t be back for awhile. Used to come 3 times a week. Read more
Was really craving a burger. Decided to go with Boston pizza. Was disappointed they got rid of the MVB. But I saw the mac and... cheese burger. Ordered for pick up. Fries were cold and unsalted. The burger came with 1 single small onion ring and probably 8noodles of the mac and cheese. Very under whelming. This isn't the 1st time I've been disappointed with this location. I dontknow what to say but it seems like the kitchen staff just don't take pride in their work. I do not recommend. Read more
Service is always painfully slow, to get a refill or something simple can take 10-15 minutes. Food if they get it right is not... always hot. Used to enjoy Boston Pizza but no longer. Read more
My wife and I have been coming here all summer for food and drinks. We're finding the service is slowly deteriorating. Despite... being almost empty (2 other customers), it was 10 minutes to be seated (no one at the front to greet and seat us), another longwait to order, another long wait to receive our drinks and subsequently our food. Several times while on the bar side, we'vehad to hunt down the server when it felt we'd been completely forgotten. Menu's are sanitized however they are so saturated insanitizer when you open them up, you don't even want to touch them. When we've mentioned this to the server, the excuse was theturnover in customers is so fast they don't have time to dry. Not sure how they are to dry if they are wiped on the inside andimmediately closed up. Maybe dry them off after wiping? Love the convenience of this place but will be heading to the one ofthe SW end of Edmonton until Beaumont BP can show some improvements. Read more

Great food/prices. Restaurant was quieter than usual which was nice. Our go to restaurant with our grandkids.
