Very slow, I feel for the younger people that work there because there is no leadership. Food is below standard too. It's very... greasy, tiny portions. The owner needs to step it up. Read more
I usually don?t eat KFC, however I went here today and the young gentleman working at the front (I didn?t get his name) was... beyond exceptional when it came to customer service. I could tell the whole staff was working hard to get through the orders andthey all did a very good job. Read more
Always used to love KFC. Reminded me of summer time picnics with family and friends. WHAT HAPPENED??? Here's a picture of 2... thighs and 1 leg!! I placed a Mini Babybel cheese on the plate for size reference, they are 1.5" round, or the size of achicken nugget. What a disgrace to consumers and to the original KFC brand that I so fondly loved for many years. I wondered ifit might just be this Beamsville location? So I also tried a Hamilton KFC location....same result! 10 piece bucket is now $30(only chicken, no sides) but you're actually only getting 10 chicken nuggets when bone is removed! The prices went UPsubstantially, and the product is now incredibly SMALLER!! The Colonel is gone, and KFC won't survive much longer cheatingcustomers this way! Shame on you! Read more
