The drive thru now has a kiosk with touch screen so you order your food. It's to ensure accuracy yet they still got it wrong.... The food was not edible as it was drowning in mayo and completely wrong. Tried to get order corrected, staff were rude andannoyed that we came inside to tell them it was wrong. Ignored us and we left without the food. Called the store the next day,were out on hold for 27 minutes then hung up on. Awful and won't be back. Read more
Always a great experience at this subway. And always lots of toppings.
I ordered in the drive thru, waited at least 10min at the window, then i payed with debit ,held the machine for 5min until she... came back. Then handed me the bag and told me i needed to microwave my soup because she was too busy and didnt have time. I hadmade her repeat my order before but my sub was still wrong. They should concentrate on serving 1 order at a time and make sureits good. Read more
