No chicken in my pitas and when I called to inquire about the size I was told that... they have a shortage of everything and that the owner has told staff to cut back on how much is out in the pitas. Had a great experience here tonight! Staff was super friendly, had a gluten free wrap and the staff went out of their way to... ensure I wasn't eating any other gluten containing food. I ordered a pita and small smoothie via Uber eats. When I received my order the size of my smoothie was microscopic. I paid $8... (with added protein) and the total was less than a cup of product as shown in photo. This company is laughable as far ascustomer service goes. Uber eats refused to refund and said the issue would be passed along to restaurant. I notified headoffice and their response was to try to ?sell me? to join their rewards program and that they had no authority to refund me ormake it right in some way. Head office also said they would ?pass on this concern to the store?. It?s been over a week and Ihave yet to hear back from anyone. Don?t waste your money here. This company doesn?t respect its customers and apparently thinkit?s okay to over charge for a smoothie the size of a large shot glass. Read more
