Extremely poor service and food quality. I went through the drive through, which took far too long. My Big Mac was missing a... meat patty, no receipt given, no BBQ sauce for my daughters McNuggets which I asked for. Unfortunately I drove away and didn'tfind out until later. Waited 13 minutes for 1 regular coffee and 1 latte. Lots of workers, and maybe it's dinner rush time, but it could be better... organized and more sanitary. Debris right at entrance doors and order and pick up area. Not a good 1st impression. The onlypositive thing is the pleasant staff. Read more
dirty, bad service. had to wait 15 minutes even though when i came in there was nobody else before me, 6 people received their... orders before me!! when i asked the manager where my order was (even though i could literally see it on the counter behind her)& she raised her voice at me telling ME to have patience. i did- for 15 minutes and then it?s like what the heck is going on???the staff are mindless zombies and have no sense of urgency. shame.
