Decided to have a cheat day and instead of my usual place, thought I would try pizza nova because I used to love it when I was... younger in Newmarket. So first of all, I ordered over the phone and did the walk in special and they said it would be ready in30 minutes. So I go there 30 minutes later and it?s not done. Not a big deal, but the service was bad I had somebody come up tome who is acting like they didn?t wanna be there or I was an inconvenience and asked if I was a different person and didn?t askeven why I was there and turned around and walked away. Then after waiting there for 20 minutes. My pizza was finally ready, butwaiting also sucked because it is packed shoulder to shoulder with people. Sitting in and eating, which they don?t really havethe room to have as many people as they do. But still not the biggest deal, what really got me is when I looked back to see whatwas going on there was one older guy who is constantly coughing not covering his mouth which was so gross. I?m not evenconcerned about Covid more that that was gross. Finally got the pizza home and it was the worst tasting pizza barely any cheeseor sauce and the crust was just cardboard. Pizza was late, cold and under cooked, wings were greasy, Customer service was useless. Looks like new ownership.
Sick and tired of poor service at this location. Ordered a pizza with half pepperoni, they tried to give me a pizza with all... pepperoni, then lied and told me my pizza was still in the oven, THEN just ripped the pepperonis along with the cheese off ofhalf of the pizza and tried to give it back to me. I have gone here for 5 years and endured their bad service but that was thelast time. Read more
Ordered from DoorDash, had to wait well over the time. Called the restaurant and the guy was extremely rude saying they don?t... deliver to my area. They noticed this right away and did nothing, zero communication and extremely bad customer service. The guyeven hung up abruptly. Read more

Quoted 30-40 minutes delivery took over 1.5 hours paid ahead of time and they didn't care my family was waiting more then 2X's... longer for their dinner if they said 1.5-2.0hrs we would have ordered somewhere else. Avoid unless you don't care when it comes. Read more
