This location has gone consistently downhill in the past few months. I have issues every time I visit now. Missing straws, wrong... sauce, no croutons for salad all on one visit. The visit prior, I had to go through the drive-thru twice before I goteverything I ordered. Check your order before you leave, and make sure you're paying the correct amount. Attention to detail isseverely lacking. I try to go out of my way now to go to the Yonge/Big Bay Point location instead. Read more

Did drive through, got a salad and 2 meals, they forgot dressing/toppings and a side for one of the meals. It was just after... midnight, not busy at all. And the gave us chilly cheese fries instead of nachos, very neglectful staff can't imagine themistakes if it were busy, avoid if you're in a rush !! Read more

This location can be confusing. Last week, made an online order(after dining hours) waited 15 minutes to go pick up (down the... street from me), only to get there there with nobody in drive thru, wait 5 minutes at the speaker to be acknowledged, then 20min, at the window. Only to get cold food. I was hungry, I ate it lol. Went tonight to see this posting on the door in thephoto. All registers down at the front. People coming in trying to order and being turned away, why not take their orders ondrive thru tills? Or lock the door? My food was fresh this time ????
