If you?re going to close your store for an entire long weekend MAYBE just MAYBE update google?. I?ve never seen a location close... for an entire weekend maybe a single day but this was inconvenience since had I known if this were closed I?d have goneelsewhere. Read more
Used to work at Starbucks some time ago and this has probably been one of the only locations within Barrie that exceeds customer... expectations! Lovely staff who engage with customers. i stopped at this location on my way to and from my cottage this year, and the staff were absolutely amazing for both of my... visits. giving specific drink suggestions, complimenting my shirt, drawing a sunshine on my lid and telling me that i remindedthem of the beach and happiness? if this was my local starbs i would be overjoyed to visit often. i hope the staff are treatedwell by management and getting the recognition they deserve. keep being wonderful Read more
This location is easily one of the best Barrie. Admittedly the drive-thru is not well put together, but that's not the fault of... the staff. Throughout the pandemic they have kept on providing both good drinks and good service! Read more

I place a mobile order that inexplicably defaulted to another location (I should have double-checked before clicking order, but... I had looked the drink up five minutes prior and was conversing while ordering). I had already ordered the same drink again whenI suspected I might get some sympathy (someone at my table was given a free drink), so I told the barista my situation, and shesaid she would get me a refund for my second order at this location (since I had to wait I went back to my table and hadforgotten all about it when she reminded me).
