Denied service dog and embarrassed my family. Went to celebrate a child?s birthday, left with the child?s disabled grandmother... in tears of embarrassment. Service dog was tagged and vested as well as sitting at the feet of the owner entire time. Time forthem to review bill 80 service dog act. Even had the audacity to ask what her disability is?.. time to hire new staff prior tosomeone taking legal action against your business. They should be absolutely ashamed of their behaviour!
