Fast service with proper filling of ingredients makes me to go every time at this location.
Went in with a group of 3 and appeared they had a load of Uber Eat/ Skip the Dishes orders already in the works, the 3 highly... efficient sandwich artists gave us the fastest subway sandwich making experience of our lives. Yesterday I had footlong chicken sub from this location as I was so hungry but when I started to eat, bun was not good even... veggies are not fresh. After that my stomach was feeling upset. Clean store and friendly staff, but adding a tip option on the debit at a fast food joint tells me you aren?t paying your... employees enough. I tip when I?m there, but it adds to the cost and will unfortunately just get you fewer customers. Give them araise and it will come back ten fold to the business. I purchased 2 foot-long subs at this location and when I got home my wife and I noticed a foul smell and taste coming from the... subs. We opened them up and found that the lettuce in both subs was giving off pesticide-like smells, and the taste wasincredibly bitter/offputting. My wife is pregnant so we couldn't take the chance at trying to remove the lettuce and eatingaround it, so we decided to try and get a refund. I call the store and the worker that answered sounded sympathetic, he told methey would need to call me back about the refund but that they were going to throw out the bad lettuce. Some time passed and Ino one called, so I decided to drive to the location instead (I live nearby so it wasn't a long trip). When I arrived, I sawthat they did NOT change the lettuce. I asked the worker if we can talk about the refund, and after calling his manager theworker told me that they couldn't refund me because the "lettuce is from a supplier, so it's not our fault" and that I had tocontact subway headquarters to get the refund. How is it not your fault? Your store is serving rancid-smelling and tastinglettuce to customers, you need to take ownership of this. I call the manager myself and after a while he agrees to refund theprice, but they STILL kept the old lettuce there and kept serving customers. Unacceptable. Read more
