4:45pm Nov/5th/2022? male drive-thru employee kept us waiting 15 mins at the speaker, I was respectively saying ?hello? every... 3-4 mins. I thought the speaker was broken so I went to the window and the male employee (red tribal tattoo left arm) wastelling us to drive back around and join the line in a rude tone? after I was first. I have been coming in every morning for the past couple of months since starting a new job. The staff is always friendly, always... makes my coffee right, and has the line moving in a fast and steady past. Sometimes, I sit inside to enjoy my coffee before workand the staff is always professional to not only the customers but to each other, creating a relaxing environment to sit in.
