Best location and Steeped tea was good as always, they mixed the drinks very well however, sometimes i got staff not greets well... inside the restaurant as i always greet them but didn?t get any answer back. I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone even looked at me they just pertend there is no customer. Someone should have said 'we... will be with you in a minute' then while the staff was taking my order they were talking to each other in another language witchis very rude. Credit should be given where its due. This is one of the best Tims simply because they always stir your beverage properly. Now... stating the reason for giving out 3 stars only.
