First of all, when ordering, I was told they were out of lettuce. They asked if I wanted extra of another condiment so I said... yes, pickles. When I got my order, the fries were cold and very dry as if they had been sitting for a long while. There were noextra pickles on my burgers at all and the two dessert pies tasted liked burned cooking grease and were covered in black specksfrom the fryer. Absolute worst service ever, thanks for taking so long I cant eat now till tonight, late for work. Your actions or lack of... caring hurts and reflects others. Standing around while people are in a hurry, do you know the meaning of fast food. Being amanager myself I make sure my customers are served correctly, treated nicely, listen to my order. Don't mobile order from this location. They regularly run out of menu items, but the mobile app still allows you to make those... purchases. When you arrive to pick up, they'll offer to replace the missing items, but often with options that are worth lessthan what you've already paid. The last time I came here, they had run out of fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks, andthey gave me 4 chicken nuggets in replacement, worth much less than a medium side. They had even run out of ketchup and tomatoesfor their burgers, which I didn't find out until I got home. Not worth the wait. Read more

The food was alright but when we ordered through the drive through they did have some issues understanding what we wanted.
