Not happy with this Tim?s at all either! The staff is rude and won?t let me pick out my donuts before going and charging me 10$... for a specialty donut box, then when I get told not asked to tell her what donuts I wanted when I did ask for a specialty donutif it was okay as it was also 12 at night with very little options left she started ranting about how they cost more and don?tcome in a 6 pack of donuts that may I remind you she charges me special donut prices for then told me I could only get 1 afterputting up an argument she didn?t want to deal with it next day spoke to the manager and they fully refunded me.. funny tho asusual my order was messed up as they always get my order wrong .. and now Tim?s has took the frosted part of the frostedcinnamon roll away and they added a glaze now it?s just trash the whole Tim?s line what happened to coffee and donuts and why isTim?s serving pizza now?? They clearly don?t know quality in food anymore and they aren?t listening to what customers even likeand this is why so many people prefer McDonald?s over Tim?s now. Costs have gone up even for a coffee !! And they over chargeyou on the ice coffee as they will mostly give you ice in a cup and never have the actual cold brew ready to serve or availableat this location also. It?s horrible service very little variety as it seems that the workers there at all to busy talking andlaughing or putting a dab of the whip topping they charge you extra $ for on your drink for 5 mins while you wait in a drivethru at the window watching and listening to them all just laugh or speak another language and laugh it?s very rude and afterwaiting around 5 mins for a whip topping and giggles I?ve literally had to push start my car to the gas station beside Tim?s mynext stop anyways .. if they didn't waste so much time the line would actually move and I wouldn?t of had to push start my carfrom the drive thru window .. embarrassing that 5 people can?t handle a whip topping these days Read more

Good quality breakfast hash brown perfectly cooked, steeped tea could have been hotter. Order taker handled my... havent-ordered-a-breakfast-sandwich in a while questions perfectly to make sure they could get the right mix ofingredients.
