I?m a server working late shifts and tho solace is close to my house so I tend to come here after work. Usually the girl there... at night is great. But tonight it was a guy who didn?t understand what I was ordering, it was a large green tea two sweetenerand one milk. I repeated myself twice then he ask what size was it, so I replied ?A large green tea, two sweetener and one milk?and after I paid and drove off and smelt coffee, so I checked and it was. I had my worst experience on this store. If possible I would give 0 stars. The guy who is taking order don't even know what I am... ordering and after confirming the order for 3 times still I got wrong order. Such a waste of time and money. Don't recommendanyone. Read more
I haven?t ever been to a coffee shop that is as slow as this one. Currently, there are 4 people working behind the counter and... none of them have taken an order in a few minutes. It?s seems like 2/4 are sort of doing something but the rest are not. Theonline ordering does not work here that?s all the team members have time for and makes the line unbearably long. I hate giving bad reviews but they really need to look into their staff. Lineups are huge and take 30 minutes because the staff... move soooo slowly and can be quite rude. It?s not fun being late for class. Also have gotten breakfast sandwiches where the bunis still cold. It would literally be faster to walker to the Tim Hortons on Bernick. Read more
