Absolutely fabulous charcuterie restaurant in the Banff Springs. It's a cute, cozy spot full of history, with wonderful service... and advice from Dana and brilliant food from the chef. Cocktails, wines, meats, cheeses, delicious pickled vegetables, breads,amazing chocolate truffles, and much more... this is my favorite restaurant at the Banff Springs and I'm SO glad it's back openagain!
