Menu for Juniper Hotel in Banff, AB

We only stayed for 1 night in one of the king suites and really enjoyed our stay! We were pleasantly surprised by the service... upon arrival and the room view was unbeatable! The room itself was comfortable and clean and fairly standard. I would say a biton the basic and dated side but honestly the price of the hotel reflects this compared to other hotels so a give/take! One endtable had no lamp?! Super comfy bed! We stayed for an anniversary and were pleasantly surprised by the added unexpected touchesof swan towels and champagne!!! Some reviews talk of highway noise- I am a light sleeper and can personally say I had no issuesand didn?t even notice the highway noise! It?s a 3 minute drive into town so super convenient and nice if you like to visit thechaos of Banff but then also enjoy the step out breather! We plan to stay again! Read more

Juniper is an assuming hotel. It is a clean and well maintained vintage hotel. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. While... there may be no elevator to the second floor and no pool, they have the most AMAZING unobstructed panoramic views of themountains. Truly breathtaking. Spacious and comfy beds, what more could you ask for. Try the cabins or 3 bedroomapartment....that is where we stayed.....perfect home comfort and the views!!! Read more

The room we were set up in was amazing with its views. I really can?t imagine any window in this place having a bad view. The... front desk was amazingly helpful and bro upfront made us a delicious hot chocolate when we asked if they had any packets oranything. There was dust on everywhere and on every surface. The coffee machine, reservoir, and coffee pot itself was full of old coffee... grinds and it was hard to get it all out. Room was much smaller than how it seemed in the photos. I expected way better for aroom that cost $350 per night. Oh and there's no elevator. Won't be returning. Read more
