The staff is not wearing masks while making food and talking at the same time. When asked to cancel my order owner refused... claiming no mask mandate by law. No mask mandate doesn?t mean you can talk/spit on customers food and not keeping hygiene. Willnever buy from this restaurant ever again. What's the point of mobile ordering two hours earlier only to still have to wait 15 minutes? Then you realize the order is not... made correctly, the quality of the bread is stale, and staff didnt follow the instructions - due to covid we wanted thesandwiches in individual bags and marked so we dont have to open each one to see which sandwich belongs to who Read more

Three bites into my girlfriends beyond meat meatball sub she felt something hard and sharp pain in her mouth, spitting out the... mouthful she found a large piece of sharp plastic was inside. We proceed to call the location to complain, as we did thered-headed women answered the phone. She had instructed us to come back to the location to show her the plastic as she did notbelieve us, as we returned there was another gentleman working who took the plastic from us and proceeded to throw it in thetrash despite us requesting to keep it. The red-headed woman then approached rudely and asked why'd we like to keep it andtelling us that we should not contact corporate. The man had looked inside the trash bin after we had requested it back severaltimes, however, he was not able to find it... A refund to our card was not processed rather the gentleman withdrew cash from theregister to give to us without authorizing an official return (with the hands he searched in the trash with). No apologies weregiven. Overall we had a terrible experience at this location and will not be returning. Read more
