A true Swiss chalet fan since I was a kid...a family favorite for our house and now after all these years I still crave that... dipping sauce and roasted chicken. So fun to see a robot deliver food to tables ???? Read more
The worst experience from a Swiss Chalet restaurant. Incredibly long wait for service after being seated and even longer wait... for food to be served. Only 4 tables of guests were present at the time. Asked to speak to the manager. The owner came and wasquite rude when we explained our experience. She gave us rude excuses and She was focused on ?other lines? not just the diningroom. While we tried to explain our customer service, she continuously argued the time, over and over again. Our server was theonly one working and tried his best, and even he expressed his frustrations with his work situation. The owner has absolutely nocustomer service skills or humanitarian skills in general. Behaved incredibly unprofessional and childish and argued with uswhile we just tried to explain some frustrating points, like waiting for 30 minutes for water, and being served AFTER othercustomers that arrived AFTER us! Her tone of voice was nowhere near friendly and it was almost like we were being yelled at forour opinions. Being a regular, returning customer, my family and I will not be coming back. I don?t recommend this location, andthe manager should probably put more than 1 staff out to serve at a time like 7pm. Read more
If your ever in the Aurora area ask for James! My family and I had an amazing experience at this location. Service was fast,... food was warm, fresh and delicious. Great dine in experience. Ordering to serving time was lightening quick (less than 7 minutes). Food quality and quantity was... excellent for the price (definitely worth it to pay extra for white meat). The server (James) was very efficient, friendly, andattentive. The only quibble was that it took a while to be seated initially; since, it appeared that only one person was workingin the dining room (as server, busboy, and host). Read more

The effects of COVID really can be seen. So understaffed. Tried to call to make a reservation but the phone lines would go... to the options menu and then just ring with no answer. We showed up a group of 10 and it was pretty dead for eat in. Thegentleman at the front was receiving a complaint from a customer as we walked in, and was frustrated with us that we had noreservation though there was maybe 5 other tables of 2-4 people filled at the time. It was suggested to us we didn?t try tocall and must?ve called another location. But this was incorrect. No one had answered. There appeared to be two serversworking. You could see the stress. We didn?t get any food until 7:20, ( we arrived at 6) during this time we witnessed one ofthe servers hit her limit of frustration and be consoled by other customers. It was frustrating that not even the children ( 2year old and 4) were able to receive their food in a timely manner. We were seriously considering getting up andleaving. Clearly the take out was being prioritized and the poor servers and probably Kitchen was understaffed. BUT the foodarrived and was VERY good Our server James did his best to make up for the delay, being diligent with ensuring drinks werefilled and we had dipping sauce etc, making jokes. He made sure the kids were entertained with little toys. It was an awfulstart but worked out well. Though it was a complete fluke that the children were able to be cooperative for over an hour seatedat the table before food arrival and it could?ve gone south quick. Read more
