They swap ingredients without notifying their customer. When I asked them to replace my meal, the refused. When I asked for a... refund, I was refused twice. The manager Talia, doesn't seem to think it's a problem. Her solution: I'll throw it in thedumpster for you (no refunds) "Have a nice day!" Ya, right - nice way to marginalize my disappointing experience with the foodand service at Freshii - instead personalizing by suggesting to the other customers in line that I was just a grumpy person. No, in fact, my day has been amazing, and the lesson I take away from this experience it this: the staff at Freshii inAurora, don't care about your preferences, don't care about the quality and don't care about customer service.
