Always messes up my order and gives me the wrong order
This was so bad experience. I ordered a steep tea. Firstly they made me wait for 10 minutes in the drive through. When I just... arrived at the window, the guy just forgot my order. Today is my birthday. I come to your store to get my birthday reward. When I try to get a cold drink, the manager said only hot... drink. I checked the term said You can redeem a Beverage worth 70 or 100 Points.
