Great food great service and great prices. We love Chucks. The young man that seated us could?ve been more polite though and... not just left the menus on the table and walked away. Could?ve said anything really but still a great lunch with the family. Read more
Heard about their after 9pm half priced apps so decided to try it out with my wife and 7 year old son last night (Aug. 17,... 2022). Ordered the honey garlic wings and nachos. The food I would say was 6-7/10, but the service was ridiculous. The serverwas an older lady, man was she rude. When she first approached the table, she just stared at us and didn't say anything, nohello or anything. So i guess she was waiting for us to order, when i proceeded to order and she completely cuts me off and saideveryone has to order a drink with that, so I said that's fine. I finished ordering the two apps and ordered two drinks, andasked if they had milk for my son, they said no, so I ordered apple juice, which we don't usually give my son to drink becauseof the sugar content. She didn't say anything and just left. Anyway, she didn't bring our food, someone else did, and never cameback to check on the table or asked us if we wanted to order anything else. We even had to ask another waitress to get the billfor us because she had disappeared into another section and never came back. Seriously, why the attitude and rudeness? YIKES. Not worth your time or money! No wonder they?re trying to sell the business on Facebook? Sat down and requested three... waters and 1 iced tea. We also ordered nachos, 16 piece wings, and garlic bread. After waiting 20 minutes for our drink we werewondering where it was, it was not a busy night at all. We did not see our server until we saw her delivering drinks to othertables. After flagging her down and asking, we realized that she completely forgot about our order. Restaurant has good AC andwas a bit brisk. Typical sports bar vibes, bar type food. Nachos is always a solid choice here but don?t get the guacamolebecause it?s ridiculously small. Read more
Buyers Beware: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I went to this Aurora location to watch the NBA final. The game was on the big screen.... Prices are lower than other places. I order the NY steak, and I was told that they run out of that. They suggested the Rib Eyewhich happens to be more expensive. Anyway, I ordered it and I asked to replace the fries with a cesar salad. I got chargedextra for it, which I 'm OK with. BUT, the salad was in a small tea-kind of cup. I don't mind to pay for the "extra salad", butpaying and on top of it getting a minuscule bowl with salad? The steak taste was decent, but a chewy-rubbery, to a point that Ipersonally wouldn't order it again. Drinks were cheap; $4 for a bottle of Canadian beer, $4 for a rum and coke. Ambiance wasnoisy, but because it was packed. A place for good food? I'm not sure. A place for cheap drinks, I'd say yes. Service? I'd sayit was OK. And, an "honest to goodness fee or 3%"? I?ve been to this location twice now. Both times we?ve had great service and food. I had the lamb chops both times because they... are so delicious! The last time I went we had 4 people. We were seated within a few minutes and drink orders were taken not longafter that. It was busy (Saturday night at 7pm) but the waitress did make her way around to us in a timely manner. All of ourappetizers were delicious and everyone at the table enjoyed their meals. I got the Toffee Bread Pudding for dessert.
