It?s pretty hit and miss. Since the other Ancaster Starbucks closed, it?s been way busier, especially on weekends. You need to... place your mobile order a good 15 min in advance to get it, or you can wait in the 30 min drive thru line. Staff work hard butthey don?t seem to ever have enough for the amount of orders that come through. Just depends on how patient you want to be. Read more
The women who works fulltime during the day at this location is amazing!!! My husband and I have never been to this location at... the same time, but she figured out who we were to one another and always asks about the other. Its work parking and going injust for her great service. Read more
If I could give a zero star I would have. My family and I ordered four fraps and at the time of order the woman on bar told her... co-workers loud enough for us to hear us that she didn't want to make our order at which time the guy on cash told her he didn'tknow how to make the drinks but said he would give it a try. He then made our first drink incorrectly and told us he wouldremake it. We then waited for close to fifteen minutes only to be told that they didn't have the ingredients to made our otherdrinks and that they would refund us. We waited fifteen minutes. Got the wrong order and then left with one out of four drinks.It was singlehandedly the worst service I have ever had at a coffee shop. Tim Hortons does a better job. Read more
