Disaster. Soap empty in washrooms. Asked staff multiple times and finally had to flag down manager to express my frustration. ... Can?t even wash my kids hands before eating. All garbages full, order board full, long wait times. Talked to staff who saidthey just started two days ago and have had no training. The absolute worse mcdonalds in Hamilton maybe evern Ontario. Their night staff truly needs to be retrained. Waited 45 mins in... drivethru to be told they are not serving food tonight. Worse customer service ever!!!! The employees truly did not care. Nexttme tell ur staff to put a pylon out saying closed rather than sitting at the intercome stuck iin the drive trhu for 45 mins.Myself and the 8 cars behind took off 2 cars were still waiting for food which they probably got at 6am when the store opensback up again. Save yourself a trip and go to upper james or dundurn trust me it will be faster and you will go home with foodto top it off! Read more
