Team has difficulty with preparing bagels, pretty simple toast it and spread some butter on it. Have thrown out as many as I've ... eaten, management needs to train staff on preparing food with some sort of level of quality instead of focusing on how many carscan we pump through per hour; I finally give up...won't be back again, good luck, hopefully this helps get something changed butreading other reviews on food quality leads me to believe that management at this location doesn't really care. I've been ordering Café Mocha since I was in high school and this is the only location that never puts any cream on top. ... Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons surpassing the one off McKnight in NE Calgary as when I called to tell them they had the nerveto argue with me. Absolutely the worst customer service.
