Kayla, I hope I remembered her name, served us with phenomenal service!!!!! We had 45 mins for lunch. We were seated and... ordered right away. The food was perfectly prepared except lacked the extra pickles we asked for. Two minutes later the pickleswere at our table. She was attentive, kind and a fantastic server!! We had a party of three, we ordered steak medium rare with loaded baked potatoes with beans and slaw. We ordered herb and garlic... sauce for our steak. First of all the steak was over cooked and they forgot to add the herb and garlic butter on the steak. Whenthey realized they forgot the butter they brought out frozen patties of butter. The steak should have been cooked in the butter.The potatoes were cold and finally the drinks were watered down. The only reason i gave this place a 2 star is because thewaitress was very nice. We ordered tonight and they missed one of the kids meals. Phoned to allow the restaurant the opportunity to correct it. At this... point I was not even angry. The woman I spoke to didn’t get it. There was no apology. They expected me to come get it and shekept saying that it would be free ( clearly missing the point that I paid for it) and that my meal would be cold in the processas it was actually received. Then her suggestion was to ask for a refund and reorder it - I reminded her there would be deliveryfee and tip for your error to which she responded yeah I can’t do anything about that. She offered a restaurant credit for theamount of our meal for our next visit ( how does this help my daughter that didn’t get her food). When I mentioned that BostonPizza would deliver it out at no charge as it was their error - she said well that would be because they have delivery and wedon’t! The forgetting the meal in an order is forgivable but the lack of proper customer service skills is not. We asked thedelivery service for a refund and called the other restaurant with delivery and customer service for my daughters missed meal. Read more
We went on July 23rd for my sons birthday. And it was great! I called ahead to see how long the wait was and she took my name... and seated us right away. Our server Megan was so nice! And super fast. My son had a great dinner, she even brought him the kidsdessert that he wanted with the birthday one. And with a one a five year old dinner out is not always fun, but this was one ofthe most relaxing dinners out we’ve had with them. So great job, sorry about our mess! Lol Read more
