Me and my husband finally had a chance to go out childless last night. We got dressed up and my choice was Mr. Mikes cause I... love the drinks but we could not have gotten better service anywhere. Our server was Brook and she made very friendlyconversations and gave honest feedback about the food and drinks we ordered. She came back to check on us multiple times and itjust made the night so much better. We will be definitely be back with our son for family night sometime soon and if Brook isworking I will ask for her again. The whole staff was amazing last night but Brook you did awesome. Thanks again for contacting me about my experience.*** Well to start off the place wasn't very busy but yet tookawhile to receive our drinks. The food was pretty good but steak wasn't cook to the way I like it. It was supposed to bemedium rare and came out closer to Medium - Well. The Cheesey garlic bread was yummy and my wife enjoyed her meal. A little onthe pricy side but with inflation what can you expect. Might try it again but at a different location. Read more
Servers were standing around chatting with one another while we waited over 1 hour for drink refills and food hadn't even come... yet. The Staff were getting food and eating in the bar before we even got our meals after an hour before ordering. One of uswas also drinking a Virgin Caeser and they gave him one with alcohol. Extremely poor service, waitresses on lounge side wouldnever come check on us - had to yell from our booth over to the bar to even get a refill on a drink. Kept promising our food wascoming but it didn't. Servers and bartender on their phones and talking with one another was more important than the guests. Multiple other guests around us had to send food back as they didn't listen to allergy issues, no drink refills etc. Will not beeating here again. It's too bad as the place is dead with traffic and they have every opportunity to be doing better and theychoose not too. Food was also Awful and had to send it back when we finally did get it. The only good server in this restaurantis Trista - she was working BOTH the dining and lounge side, we weren't even her table and she was the only one to constantlycheck on us and try to make things better. My wife and I stopped by Mr Mikes to have their original Mikes Bacon mushroom burger…. I’m fact, as I’m adding this... review, we are still in the restaurant. The food was amazing and delicious. The burger was epic and just like I remembered frommany years ago. Staff were friendly and constantly checking up on us to ensure our coffee etc were all topped up. If you arelooking for a nice clean atmosphere in a relaxing space, I would recommend Mr Mikes. Read more
